Online Services
The Online Services personal debt portal is where you can:
- complete and submit your application for bankruptcy
- apply for temporary debt protection (TDP)
- lodge your Statement of Affairs form, if you have been made bankrupt by a court order (sequestration order).
All services are completed online. If you'd like to apply for TDP and you're not able to do it online, contact us for assistance.
You can also check the status of your application by logging in to your personal debt portal.
Create an Online Services account
To submit your forms online, you'll need to create an Online Services account and prove your identity.
Note: Creating an Online Services account does not mean you have formally commenced any insolvency application process. This does not happen until you submit your forms to AFSA.
