Telstra Mobile Network Outage
We have been advised that Telstra is currently experiencing a nationwide mobile network outage, affecting some mobile calls, SMS and data services.
If you are experiencing connectivity issues, please:
- Connect to Wi‑Fi where available.
- Use Microsoft Teams for calls, messaging and collaboration.
- Use Outlook email as an alternative communication channel.
- Enable and use Wi‑Fi Calling if your device supports it.
- If you are unable to work effectively due to the outage, please attend the office where practical.
Telstra is aware of the issue and is actively investigating the cause. Restoration efforts are underway, and services are expected to be restored as quickly as possible.
