Overview

We strive to support the cultural needs of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through equity of access and targeted support. This includes our First Nations staff as well as First Nations clients who access our services.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2022–2025 is a result of the dedication of our RAP Committee, which has committed to enacting real change and reconciliation.

Our stretch RAP was endorsed by Reconciliation Australia in 2022. In 2025 we will begin to work with Reconciliation Australia to review our current RAP and develop the next one.

Our commitment includes our continued support of NAIDOC and Reconciliation week activities, participation in the APS Jawun Secondment Program, and involvement in the Indigenous Apprenticeship Program.
