Credit application terms and conditions
When applying for credit with AFSA, you need to comply with the terms and conditions of credit, which you can view on the application form. You should also read the note on practice about completing an AFSA credit application.
Business to government system integration

Social media terms of use
When you access our social media pages, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the social media platform you're using, as well as our guidelines. Posts made by users on our pages don't necessarily reflect AFSA’s opinions or policy.
To ensure our platforms remain welcoming and useful for the community, we reserve the right to remove inappropriate material and comments that don't comply with our guidelines. We will remove such comments without warning.
This includes comments that:
- Reveal the personal information of individuals (even if posted by the individual)
- Don't relate to AFSA’s role and functions as the personal insolvency regulator and administrator of the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR)
- Are abusive, harassing, stalking, threatening or attacking
- Are defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or depict violence
- Are political in nature
- Use language that is hateful, or targets race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or political beliefs
- Are fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful
- Are trolling or deliberately attempting to disrupt discussion
- Are spam, including phishing or malware
- Are a violation of any intellectual property rights
- Are commercial solicitation or solicitation of donations
- Include link-baiting (i.e. embedding a link in your post to draw traffic to your own page or website)
We reserve the right to block users (without warning) who breach these guidelines. We also cannot discuss your personal insolvency matters, or issues relating to registrations on the PPSR (for example disputes) on our social media accounts. It's not safe to share your personal details on our social media accounts – even through private messages.
