Our commitment in action

We strive to support the cultural needs of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through equity of access and targeted support. This includes both our First Nations staff and First Nations clients who access our services.

Our ongoing commitment includes:

Strengthening our approach

Our current Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is coming to an end. We are now working on developing our next RAP, which will be an Innovate RAP.

This new action plan will continue to strengthen our commitment to reconciliation and support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through meaningful actions and partnerships.

While the new RAP is being prepared, we remain focused on fostering respect, relationships, and opportunities for First Nations peoples across our agency and the communities we serve.
