From Thursday 13 May 2021, you’ll notice some changes on our website. We’ve made these changes to enhance your experience of the site and to improve our online services. The changes include:
- The name of the portal used to apply for bankruptcy or temporary debt protection has changed from ‘Insolvency Services’ to ‘Online Services’.
- The landing page for Online Services has been re-designed so you can choose the option which applies to your circumstances.
- The questionnaire to help people understand the consequences of applying for bankruptcy has moved from our website into Online Services and it is still required as part of the process for people applying for bankruptcy online. We are working on incorporating the questionnaire as an optional tool on the website, and expect this to be available by the end of May.
