Before applying, make sure you have all the required information to complete the application form. This includes:
- Details about your professional qualifications, including certified copies of your relevant qualifications and academic records
- Details about your employment for the past five years
- Details about subsidiaries providing other services, or your use of agents, consultants and brokers (if applicable)
- National Police Certificate from the Australian Federal Police
- Overseas Police Certificate (if applicable)
- Evidence of adequate and appropriate professional liability and fidelity insurance (if applicable)
- Evidence of membership with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (if applicable)
- 2 fit and proper person referee reports
