Registration as a debt agreement administrator (company) - Form 24B

A form for a company seeking registration as a debt agreement administrator.

Before applying, make sure you have all the required information to complete the application form. This includes:

  • Details of persons with overall management responsibility for the company’s debt agreement activities
  • Details of company directors
  • Details about subsidiaries providing other services, or your use of agents, consultants and brokers (if applicable)
  • National Police Certificate from the Australian Federal Police for the company and all directors of the company
  • Evidence of adequate and appropriate professional liability and fidelity insurance (if applicable)
  • Evidence of membership with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (if applicable)
