Before applying, make sure you have all the required information to complete the application form. This includes:
- Details of persons with overall management responsibility for the company’s debt agreement activities
- Details of company directors
- Details about subsidiaries providing other services, or your use of agents, consultants and brokers (if applicable)
- National Police Certificate from the Australian Federal Police for the company and all directors of the company
- Evidence of adequate and appropriate professional liability and fidelity insurance (if applicable)
- Evidence of membership with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (if applicable)
