Bankruptcy Online and new Consent to Act launched on 2 January 2020.
The new Bankruptcy Online portal will allow people to submit their Bankruptcy Online form directly to us, instead of having to submit by email or post.
Registered trustees can however continue to send completed application forms on behalf of the debtor by email to registry [at] afsa.gov.au. We've also updated the Consent to Act form to make it simpler for clients to nominate a registered trustee to manage their bankruptcy.
