The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) is pleased to share the Albanese Government’s appointment of Ms Gabrielle Gallagher as the full-time Registrar of Personal Property Securities.
Ms Gallagher joined AFSA in June 2025 as National Manager of the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR), bringing more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in the New South Wales Government, including roles within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport.
As Registrar, Ms Gallagher will lead efforts to uphold the integrity of the PPSR, ensuring it continues to provide accurate and reliable information that supports confident lending, trade and investment across the Australian economy.
