The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) welcomes the decision of the full Federal Court in relation to the appeal of Hartnett v Inspector-General in Bankruptcy & Ors QUD 163/2025.
AFSA is committed to preserving the integrity of Australia’s personal insolvency system. This includes investigations and taking strong action against alleged attempts to manipulate a personal insolvency agreement to protect personal wealth.
