The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) formerly known as the Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia (ITSA) does not generally provide comment about individual bankruptcy cases, however we welcome media enquiries about the personal insolvency process, the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR), proceeds of crime, and AFSA's statistical data.
For publicly available information about a personal insolvency – you can search the National Personal Insolvency Index (NPII) for a fee.
There are also a number of personal insolvency documents that are available for public inspection. For information about this service see Inspection of public documents.
To make a media enquiry please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0408 105 665.
