AFSA is seeking an exceptional senior executive to lead its Education, Integrity and Enforcement Division and help shape confidence in Australia's personal insolvency system.
This is a rare opportunity to influence national regulatory outcomes, identify emerging risks, drive intelligence-led interventions and lead high-profile compliance and enforcement activities that protect the integrity of the system.
As National Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for education, intelligence, investigations and enforcement. You will bring together diverse sources of information, identify patterns and risks, anticipate emerging issues and provide trusted advice to AFSA's Executive and Government.
This role will suit a strategic and outcomes-focused leader who can move confidently between operational delivery and long-term regulatory challenges. You will be comfortable making decisions in complex and fast-moving environments, balancing competing priorities and leading teams through change.

You may come from a regulatory, intelligence, enforcement, integrity, compliance, investigative or broader public sector leadership background. Most importantly, you will be motivated by public purpose and committed to delivering outcomes that strengthen confidence in Australia's regulatory systems.

Eligibility
Please note that this opportunity is open only to Australian Citizens. The successful applicant must have or be willing to undergo a security clearance to the level of Negative Vetting 1 as a condition of employment. To satisfy character requirements all AFSA employees must undergo a police records check.
