There were 402 debtors who entered a new personal insolvency in Greater Adelaide in the June quarter 2018. This number rose by 30 debtors or 8.1% from the March quarter 2018. Greater Adelaide accounted for 80.9% of all new debtors in South Australia in the June quarter 2018.

The largest numbers of debtors entering a business related personal insolvency in Greater Adelaide were in:

  • Onkaparinga (19 debtors)
  • Adelaide Hills (7 debtors)
  • Playford (7 debtors).

There were 95 debtors who entered a new personal insolvency in rest of South Australia in the June quarter 2018. This number fell by 20 debtors or 17.4% from the March quarter 2018. Rest of South Australia accounted for 19.1% of all new debtors in South Australia in the June quarter 2018.
