Did you receive an email from us with your new Payment Advice?
We recently sent emails to clients, who pay contributions from their income to the Official Trustee, to advise that the bank account and reference number you currently use has now changed.
What are you required to do?
Check the email has been sent from “ITSA.Notices [at] afsa.gov.au” address.
Please use the Payment Advice attached to the ITSA.Notices [at] afsa.gov.au email—with new bank account details and a reference that is unique to you—to make payments as per your existing method and schedule.
