Did you receive an email from us about a change of bank details?
We recently sent emails to clients, who pay contributions from their income to the Official Trustee, to advise that the bank account and reference number you currently use will change.
What are you required to do?
Nothing at this stage, continue to make payments as per your existing method and schedule.
You will soon be issued with a Payment Advice via email with new bank account details and a reference that is unique to you.
At which point you can start making payments into the new account as per your existing payment schedule.
